Bill Spaller lives in Governor's Land in the Berkeley District and has resided in JCC for 10 years. Bill's professional experience includes 20+ years with IBM in systems development, VP of Marketing and Development of Adobe Systems, Board member of several corporations and business consulting. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the J4C, Executive Partner in the Business School at William & Mary and Past President of the Two River's Country Club.
