Current Ordinances

The current Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance for James City County is available online as part of the County Code. The Subdivision Ordinance is in Chapter 19 and the Zoning Ordinance is in Chapter 24. Each chapter is then broken down into articles and divisions based on the type of information it contains. Chapter 24, Article 5 contains regulations pertaining to specific zoning districts.
