Welcome to the information center for the James City County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance update.  Look here for news releases, schedules, and updates regarding the progress of the update.

 

 

It’s Open Mic Night at the James City County Planning Commission Forum

 

JCC is updating the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances and hosting 2 public input forums. Come let us know your feedback on areas like the uses, form, and design for buildings and neighborhoods early in the update process.  We invite comments related to the approved scope of the update.
